Qualification structure
To achieve the qualification, candidates must complete five mandatory units:

2. Safety culture, sustainability and global performance
3. Digital technologies and incident investigation
4. Development as a strategic manager
5. Establishing business risk management processes
Assessment and certification
Assessment is competence-based and completed through workplace evidence such as reports, reflective accounts, professional discussions and supporting documentation.
On successful completion, candidates are awarded the ProQual Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Health & Safety Leadership and Management, demonstrating strategic-level competence in occupational health and safety management.
