His offshore oil and gas career includes multiple subject matter expert roles covering process and fire safety engineering. He has regularly attended the International Fire Training Centre for intensive fire leadership training and has completed extensive emergency command and control assessments.
Since 2013, James has played a key role within the British Safety Council, supporting areas such as the technical management of the NVQ programme, auditing, and exam moderation. He has also served as a panel adjudicator for the prestigious BSC International Safety Awards on multiple occasions. Career highlights include working on the well-known Piper Bravo production platform and developing a cumulative risk management strategy for Maersk.

Kerry built a career working at a high level in clerical and administrative roles across various sectors before joining Endeavour Group.
Her professional background includes roles in the NHS, where she served as PA to the Associate Director of Nursing, Modern Matron and the Head of Psychology. She also gained valuable experience in training and development at BPP Professional Education, where her responsibilities included qualification registration, standardisation, and invigilation.
Following her early career, Kerry decided to follow her passion for animals and successfully ran several animal-related businesses. However, as Endeavour Group grew, she gradually increased her involvement with the company.
In 2019, Kerry recognised the company’s potential and needs and decided to join full-time as Operations Manager. Her administrative expertise, organisational skills, and business knowledge have since helped her advance to her current role as Operations Director.
Kerry’s adaptability and business insight make her an invaluable part of Endeavour Group’s continued success.
Born and raised in Carlisle, Cumbria, Harry enjoys spending his time outside of work walking, mostly with his dog by his side, gemstone hunting and collecting, and following sports. If there’s a sport on, Harry will usually be found watching it.
Harry is a proud father to one daughter and stepson, whom he loves spending time with.
Ben joined the team two years ago and brings 15 years of industry experience. His professional background includes railway work, health and safety consultancy, and in-house roles for a care and construction company.
With an MSc in Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management, Ben is particularly interested in understanding human psychology and behaviour. He’s always puzzled by why people can’t resist touching wet paint!
Born in Gibraltar, Ben grew up in various locations due to his father’s military career. This early exposure to different environments sparked his adventurous spirit, translating to a love of warm-water scuba diving, kayaking, and motorbike adventures. When he’s not on the move, Ben enjoys woodworking projects that allow him to create with his hands.
A family man with four children ranging from 25 to 10 years old, Ben balances work and family life while making time for his hobbies. When he can find a quiet moment (which isn’t often), he also enjoys reading.
Ben’s interesting fact is that he previously studied nursing, while all he really wanted to do was paddle a kayak around the world – a dream he hasn’t given up on yet.
Richard has been with Endeavour Group for two years, bringing a wealth of expertise from his previous role as a team leader in the oil and gas industry. He enjoys working with various trades to help clients make their buildings safer, particularly those that serve as homes for young people.
Throughout his career, Richard has acquired numerous qualifications in management, trade assessment, risk assessment, motor vehicle engineering, and lifting and mechanical handling. This diverse skill set serves him well in his role.
Born and raised in Hartlepool, Richard enjoys classic car restoration, clay pigeon shooting, golf and travelling. He has grown-up children aged 29 and 23 and a 5-year-old grandchild with whom he loves spending time.
Perhaps most interesting about Richard is his experience working with the British Antarctic Survey, where he spent three months transporting experts to icebergs via small boat. During this time, he also visited the grave of his hero, explorer Ernest Shackleton, in Grytviken.
Molly has been with Endeavour Group since January 2023, bringing her creative eye and technical skills to the team. What she enjoys most about her role is the variety – no two days are the same, and the changing projects keep her engaged and challenged.
Currently studying for a degree in Architecture at Liverpool John Moores University, Molly gained valuable experience in hospitality and retail at impressive levels, working in a Michelin-starred restaurant and a luxury fashion shop. Her creative background includes graphic design experience and a year studying animation at Edge Hill University – skills that complement her current work in fire protection design.
Born in Kirkby and now living in Aughton, Molly spends her free time riding her horse, Jim, and spending time with family and friends.
Molly’s design sensibility, practical experience, and technical education make her a versatile member of our fire protection team.
Elliot has been working part-time with Endeavour Group for a year and studying for an honours degree in automotive engineering. He’s in the final year of his design engineering T-Level course.
Elliot holds an NVQ Level 2 diploma in passive fire protection, which qualifies him to perform essential fire stopping work for Endeavour clients. He appreciates the diversity of projects he works on and the locations he’s been able to visit across different assignments.
Born in Kirkby where he spent his first 12 years, Elliot now calls Aughton home. When he’s not working or studying, he enjoys taking his track car to track days, putting his knowledge and skills to practical use.
Elliot’s combination of practical experience, technical qualifications, and genuine enthusiasm makes him a valued team member.
Archie’s favourite part of his role is working alongside honest, enthusiastic people who share his work ethic. He has earned numerous qualifications related to offshore operations and is a Chartered Manager (CMgr MCMI).
Born in Hamilton and raised in Wishaw, Archie now calls Belshill home in Lanarkshire, Scotland. Archie has three grown-up children, and his passions are football and fitness, maintaining an impressive five-day-per-week training schedule.
Archie’s transition from offshore management to quality assurance highlights his adaptability and diverse skill set, making him a valuable addition to the Endeavour team.
