Bespoke training is a core part of what Endeavour Group delivers.
Our background is in high hazard industries including COMAH sites, industrial plants and higher risk residential buildings. We use that experience to shape every programme.
We design training that reflects each client’s sites, risks and people. Sessions are practical, straightforward and focused on giving learners the skills to put knowledge into practice straight away.
As an approved ProQual training centre, Endeavour Group has been delivering accredited qualifications in partnership with ProQual since 2018.
Our bespoke training programmes now sit alongside this, with all three bespoke courses accredited by ProQual AC. The two one-day bespoke courses carry six CPD accredited hours each, while the High-Rise Building Safety Masterclass carries twelve CPD accredited hours.
Training is delivered by practitioners with real-world experience in fire safety and high-risk environments. It is flexible, practical and shaped around the needs of modern organisations, with a strong focus on building competence as well as certification.
