As a manager, you’ll lead the development and implementation of health and safety policies in areas such as safety culture, sustainability, business risk, mental health, bullying and violence, biohazards, ecological risk, ergonomic hazards, and incident investigation.

Entry Requirements

To enrol, you’ll need to be in a managerial role where you’re responsible for developing and putting health and safety policies into practice. This experience will help you build a portfolio for assessment.

You’ll be assessed on your ability to achieve the learning outcomes from five mandatory units, which cover areas such as safety systems, digital technologies, incident investigations, strategic management, and risk management.
